Promotional or discounted rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
VEHICLE IMAGES
Vehicle photos are for reference only. The actual vehicle may vary in colour, year, specifications, and condition. If the selected model is unavailable, a similar vehicle in the same category may be provided.
FUEL POLICY
Return the car with the same fuel level as collected. If the fuel level is lower,
a charge of RM20–RM35 per missing bar will apply.
MILEAGE POLICY
Free mileage is 200 km per day (200 km × rental days).
Extra mileage will be charged RM1 per km.
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
A refundable security deposit is required during collection.
Malaysian renters: RM600 – RM2000
Foreign renters: RM1000 – RM3000
Payment methods: Touch ‘n Go, PayNow, bank transfer, or card.
Cash is not accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.
Cancellations within 48 hours will incur the
full rental charge (no refund).
CONFIRMATION POLICY
12 Hours confirmation.
