You can book directly through our website by selecting your preferred dates and vehicle.
Q: Can I rent weekly or monthly?

You can check real-time availability directly on our website.
Q: What car models do you offer?
We provide economy cars, sedans, SUVs, MPVs, luxury vehicles, and vans. Popular models may include Myvi, Axia, Bezza, and more depending on availability.
Q: Will I receive the exact car I booked?
We will do our best to provide the selected model. If unavailable, a similar vehicle in the same category may be provided.

Yes. One-way pickup and drop-off between Johor Bahru and KLIA may be available depending on schedule and vehicle availability.

Q: Are there extra charges for late-night pickup or return?
Yes. We provide 24-hour pickup and return services.

Monday – Sunday
8:00 AM – 12:00 AM

For pickup or return between 12:00 AM – 7:59 AM, an after-hours service fee of RM150 will apply.

📄 Rental Requirements

Q: What documents are required to rent a car?
Malaysian & Singaporean renters:
  • Valid driving license
  • IC or Passport
ASEAN country renters:
  • Valid passport
  • National driving license
Non-ASEAN renters:
  • Valid passport
  • Driving license
  • International Driving Permit (IDP)
If your license is not in English or Malay, a certified English translation may be required.
Q: Can foreigners rent a car?
Yes. Foreign renters are welcome.

ASEAN country licenses are accepted.

For non-ASEAN countries, an International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.

China driving licenses require either:
  • An International Driving Permit (IDP), or
  • A certified English translation
Please ensure all required documents are prepared before vehicle collection.
Q: Can P-plate drivers rent a car?
Yes. P-license drivers can rent. We strongly recommend adding a protection package for better coverage and peace of mind.

💳 Deposit & Payment

Q: Is a deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle collection.
Q: How much is the deposit?
Malaysian Renters
RM600 – RM1500

Foreign Renters
RM1000 – RM2000
Q: How long does the refund process take?
Security deposit refunds usually take 45–60 days. Eligible cancellation refunds are processed within 14–21 working days.

🛣 Mileage Policy

Q: What is the mileage limit?
The standard mileage limit is 200 km per day.
Q: What happens if I exceed the mileage limit?
Excess mileage will be charged at RM1/km.
Q: Do you offer unlimited mileage?
RM50/day for RM1000 deposit vehicles
RM80/day for RM1500 deposit vehicles
RM100/day for RM2000 deposit vehicles
Q: Is there a grace period for pickup or return?
Yes. A 1-hour grace period is provided for both pickup and return.

Delays beyond 1 hour may incur additional charges of RM50 per hour, capped at the daily rental rate.

⛽ Fuel Policy

Q: What is the fuel policy?
Please return the vehicle with the same fuel level provided during pickup.
Q: What happens if the fuel level is lower?
Missing fuel will be charged between RM20 – RM35 per missing fuel bar.
Q: Will I get a refund for extra fuel?
No. If the vehicle is returned with extra fuel, the balance is non-refundable.
Q: Is smoking allowed inside the vehicle?
No. Smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

A cleaning and deodorization fee of RM500 will apply if smoking is detected.

Q: What happens if I receive a traffic summons or parking fine?
Any traffic summons, parking fines, toll violations, or penalties incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
Q: Will there be cleaning charges?
If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (such as mud, stains, trash, or strong odors), cleaning charges may apply starting from RM15.
