A refundable security deposit is required upon vehicle collection. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle category and renter eligibility. For Malaysian renters (with valid IC), the deposit typically ranges from RM 600 – RM 1500. For foreign renters, the deposit typically ranges from RM 1000 – RM 2000. The deposit can be paid via Touch ‘n Go, PayNow, bank transfer, or card payment. Cash deposits are not accepted.

Deposit refund timeline

Kindly note that the refund process typically takes 45–60 days, provided there are no summons, damages, or additional charges on the vehicle.

The fuel level of the car must be returned at the same level as when it was collected. If the fuel level is lower upon return, a charge of RM 20 – RM 35 per missing bar will apply.

For Car Rental in Malaysia
A valid Malaysian or Singaporean driver’s license is sufficient.

ASEAN Countries
Drivers from ASEAN countries may use their national driving license.
ASEAN member countries include: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
If the license is issued in English or Malay, no additional documents are required.
If the license is issued in another language, a certified English or Malay translation must be provided.

Non-ASEAN Countries
An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.
Without an IDP, the rental cannot be processed.
China: Either an IDP or a certified English translation of the Chinese driving license is acceptable.

Please ensure the correct documents are prepared prior to vehicle collection.

Free mileage is limited to 200 km per day. The total free mileage allowance will be calculated based on the rental duration (200 km × number of rental days). Any mileage exceeding the total allowance will incur an additional charge of RM 1 per km.

A one-hour grace period is allowed for both vehicle collection and return. Any delay beyond one hour will incur an additional charge of RM 50 per hour, capped at the daily rental rate.

If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (e.g., mud, trash, stains, or strong odors), a cleaning fee will apply. The fee depends on the level of cleaning required and starts from RM 15.

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur the full rental charge and no refund will be issued.

Any traffic summons, parking fines, toll violations, or penalties incurred during the rental period will be the full responsibility of the renter. The Company reserves the right to charge the renter for any unpaid summons or administrative charges received after the rental period.

All rental vehicles are strictly prohibited from being driven outside Malaysia. Cross-border travel to Singapore, Thailand, or any other country is not allowed unless prior written approval is obtained from the Company.

Smoking inside the vehicle (including cigarettes, vape, or any tobacco products) is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected in the vehicle, a cleaning and deodorization fee of RM 500 will be charged.

Standard protection covers damage to the rental vehicle, subject to a deductible/excess of RM 3,500 – RM 90,000 depending on the vehicle model. This basic protection does not include Additional Protection Coverage (APC) and does not cover third-party liability.

A. Coverage Included: Vehicle damage or scratches, battery or tyre replacement, replacement vehicle, towing services, and roadside assistance for vehicle breakdowns (within 300 km roundtrip distance). This coverage reduces the renter’s liability (excess).
