The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle category and renter eligibility.For Malaysian renters (with valid IC), the deposit typically ranges from RM 600 \u2013 RM 2000.\nFor foreign renters, the deposit typically ranges from RM 1000 \u2013 RM 3000.The deposit can be paid via Touch \u2018n Go, PayNow, bank transfer, or card payment. FUEL<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">The fuel level of the car must be returned at the same level as when it was collected. DRIVER\u2019S LICENSE<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">\n\n<strong>For Car Rental in Malaysia<\/strong>\nA valid Malaysian or Singaporean driver\u2019s license is sufficient.\n<br>\n<br>\n<strong>ASEAN Countries<\/strong>\nDrivers from ASEAN countries may use their national driving license.\n<br>ASEAN member countries include: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.\n<br>\nIf the license is issued in English or Malay, no additional documents are required.\nIf the license is issued in another language, a certified English or Malay translation must be provided.\n<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Non-ASEAN Countries<\/strong>\nAn International Driving Permit (IDP) is required.\nWithout an IDP, the rental cannot be processed.\n<br>\n<em>China:<\/em> Either an IDP or a certified English translation of the Chinese driving license is acceptable.\n<br>\n<br>\nPlease ensure the correct documents are prepared prior to vehicle collection.\n\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"mileage\" class=\"rnr-title\">4. MILEAGE<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">Free mileage is limited to 200 km per day. The total free mileage allowance will be calculated based on the rental duration (200 km \u00d7 number of rental days). Any mileage exceeding the total allowance will incur an additional charge of RM 1 per km.<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"buffer\" class=\"rnr-title\">5. BUFFER TIME<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">A one-hour grace period is allowed for both vehicle collection and return. Any delay beyond one hour will incur an additional charge of RM 50 per hour, capped at the daily rental rate.<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"cleaning\" class=\"rnr-title\">6. CLEANING FEE<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty (e.g., mud, trash, stains, or strong odors), a cleaning fee will apply. The fee depends on the level of cleaning required and starts from RM 15.<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"cancellation\" class=\"rnr-title\">7. CANCELLATION POLICY<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">\nFree cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Payment gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable.Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur the full rental charge and no refund will be issued. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 14\u201321 business days.\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"summons\" class=\"rnr-title\">8. TRAFFIC SUMMONS &amp; FINES<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">\nAny traffic summons, parking fines, toll violations, or penalties incurred during the rental period will be the full responsibility of the renter.The Company reserves the right to charge the renter for any unpaid summons or administrative charges received after the rental period.\n<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"crossborder\" class=\"rnr-title\">9. CROSS-BORDER RESTRICTION<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">All rental vehicles are strictly prohibited from being driven outside Malaysia. Cross-border travel to Singapore, Thailand, or any other country is not allowed.<\/div>\n\n<div id=\"smoking\" class=\"rnr-title\">10. SMOKING POLICY<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">\nSmoking inside the vehicle (including cigarettes, vape, or any tobacco products) is strictly prohibited.If smoking is detected in the vehicle, a cleaning and deodorization fee of RM 500 will be charged.\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n<!-- PROTECTION -->\n<div class=\"rnr-section\">\n<div id=\"insurance\" class=\"rnr-title\">11. RENTAL VEHICLE PROTECTION POLICY<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"rnr-title\" style=\"margin-top: 15px;\">Standard Protection<\/div>\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">\nStandard protection covers damage to the rental vehicle, subject to a deductible\/excess of RM 3,500 \u2013 RM 90,000 depending on the vehicle model.\nThis basic protection does not include Additional Protection Coverage (APC) and does not cover third-party liability.\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"rnr-title\" style=\"margin-top: 30px;\">Additional Protection Coverage (APC)<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">\n<strong>A. Coverage Included:<\/strong>\nVehicle damage or scratches, battery or tyre replacement, replacement vehicle, towing services, and roadside assistance for vehicle breakdowns (within <strong>300 km roundtrip distance<\/strong>).\nThis coverage reduces the renter\u2019s liability (excess).\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"rnr-text\">\n<strong>B.
