depending on the nature and complexity of the case.\r\n\r\n    <br><br>\r\n\r\n    The company reserves the right to recover any unpaid charges, fines, administrative fees, and related costs received after the rental period.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"rnr-card\" id=\"crossborder\">\r\n    <div class=\"rnr-question\">\r\n        Cross-Border Restriction\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"rnr-answer\">\r\n\r\nAll rental vehicles are strictly prohibited from leaving Peninsular Malaysia.\r\n\r\n<br><br>\r\n\r\nCross-border travel to Singapore, Thailand, or any other country is not permitted.\r\n\r\n<br><br>\r\n\r\nTravel to Langkawi is also not permitted. Transportation of the vehicle by ferry, vessel, or any form of sea transport is strictly prohibited.\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"rnr-card\" id=\"smoking\">\r\n    <div class=\"rnr-question\">\r\n        Smoking Policy\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <div class=\"rnr-answer\">\r\n        Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.\r\n\r\n        <br><br>\r\n\r\n        A cleaning and deodorisation fee of RM500 will be charged if smoking is detected.\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"rnr-card\">\r\n\r\n<div class=\"rnr-question\">\r\n    Passenger Liability & Personal Insurance\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"rnr-answer\">\r\n\r\nThe Company shall not be liable for any passenger claims, personal injury, death, accident, loss, damage, or other liabilities arising during the rental period.\r\n\r\n    <br><br>\r\n\r\n    The Renter is solely responsible for obtaining adequate personal accident insurance, travel insurance, platform protection, or any other additional insurance coverage deemed necessary.\r\n\r\n    <br><br>\r\n\r\n    Failure to obtain such protection shall result in all associated costs, damages, claims, liabilities, expenses, and losses being borne entirely by the Renter.\r\n\r\n    <br><br>\r\n\r\n    In the event of an accident or claim, the Company may provide supporting documents upon request.
